I have a word templates that contains a drop-down menu and the data from this dropdown needs to be viewable in XML. We converted all the fields to bookmark and when we save the files as .xml we are able to pull the right data. However, the data from the drop-down doesn't sure up in the XML.

Example: a user opens the template and enters the necesary data into the document template, that same user makes a selection from the drop down and same the file. The file is then forwarded for the data to be pull, and the data is pull from the .xml file. When the .xml data is extrated, everything is there, except for the drop-down data.

Can someone please help me?
