Yes, it is correct. Personal folder is not synchronized with the server. It is an archive of my emails (a first step of archive). It is a way to avoid making my mailbox explode. The second issue is solved by the method you mention. Thanks Mr. HighFlyTechGuy ! I don't know why it was in this state, but let's forget that.
