Hello everyone

First time working with Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2010, in a working environment configured by others, without being able to contact them.



So my troubles are often

On one of my co-worker's outlook, I can see one Exchange account, but many other mailboxes being fully viewed and receiving emails.

Are those folders shared folders? if yes, am I able to create rules on them?
