Good morning. Is it possible to archive shared folders so that everyone who has access to the shared folders has access to them when they are archived?

For example, can they be archived to a shared space on the server, and will they all have access to it?

Also, will they be able to see the archives in the same way you can see them if you archive your own personal folders (they will need to be able to see them)?

I have a client who has ten people working on shared folders, but they are so huge and they need archiving
