You can use Outlook rules to solve this problem. It will be necessary to create 10 separate rules, one for each bin number, like so:
Create a rule With specific words in the body Make specific words "Bin Nr.: 10" Click Next Check the Move email to specific folder Make specific folder the folder with the name 10 I would start with creating rule 10 and work your way down to 1 otherwise the rules will run in the wrong order (and Outlook will file emails with "Bin Nr.: 10" in folder 1, not folder 10 as you want). You should be able to create 10 separate |
