personal email account is showing as public folder
Hello,
I have a user whose personal work email account shows up as a public folder. In his outlook it says Public Folders next to his email address. Any idea how I can change this so it's just a standard email account like everyone else in the company? (screenshot attached) Any help is appreciated. -Daniel
