I am not getting all my Comcast email forwarded to my Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
I am not getting all my Comcast email forwarded to my Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6691.5000) SP3 MSO (12.0.6683.5000) inbox on my PC which is running Windows 7 Home Premium w/ SP1.
I do however receive all my Comcast email on my Android phone using an Android email app. In order to receive the emails sent to my phone on my PC I have to forward each email to myself while my PC is running and Outlook is open.
I followed your 03 Nov 2014 update instructions on how to "Configure Outlook 2007 for Comcast Email". The "test message" worked fine". With plenty of emails on my phone I was hoping that a Outlook Send/Receive refresh would pull in all previous sent emails not yet deleted from my phone. It did not !
I have tried everything I know and hoping the you have a solution to this problem.
