Hi Lateral,
In the Rules Wizard dialog when you get to the 3rd screen which asks "What do you want to do with the message?", depending on what other options you've chosen as part of your rule there is an option in this screen to select "mark it as read". My query would be, wouldn't the Sent Items and Inbox be performing the two functions you have described that you have setup using Rules? By creating a rule to duplicate these functions you are doubling the amount of email in your profile. |
