Default Replying to "Sent Items", the "To:" field always defaults to me rather than person I sent to

With Outlook 2007, whenever I reply to a message in my "Sent Items" box, the person in the "To:" field is always me, and I have to change it to the address of the person I originally sent the email to.

For example, this picture illustrates an email I sent, in my Sent Items folder:

Now when I click the reply button in that message, I get this:

With me in the "To:" field. I'm guessing this happens because I, Robby Van Liew, appear as the "From:" field in the original message that I want to reply to.

Is there a way though, to change the behavior so that when I click the Reply button in my first screenshot, that it brings up the other person (in this case Ray) in the "To:" field in my Reply window in the second screenshot?
