My emails don't come into Outlook 2013 for hours or even days after they are accessable via Yahoo
I have Office Outlook 2013 for my mail. Recently I can access my emails via Yahoo mail very quickly after they are sent to me, but if I go to Outlook for them they don't arrive until hours of even days later. Any ideas why? Please make it simple
 .
