My BT talk21.com account is going to close soon and I want to copy all my emails/folders into Outlook 7 on my PC. I am not sure about this and not familiar with Outlook and so far, I have:
1 clicked the Send/Receive in Outlook and now have a talk21.com folder which contains all my folders and the emails within them but are these a permanent copy of my emails that will remain in Outlook even when BT close the account or am I just viewing my emails whilst my talk21.com is still available?
2 archived the talk21.com account and all the talk21.com folders are listed in the Archive folder but when I click on them, they do not display any email content so can anyone explain why this may be?


3 can anyone offer any advice on how to ensure I have a permanent copy of all my emails if neither of the above processes are permanent?
