Default Mail Merge only sends to a select amount of recipients.

Hi All,

Please could somebody suggest any possible solutions for the mail merge issues that we have experienced?

Mail Merge does not seem to be sending - mail merge will only merge to a select amount of recipients via the HTML format. The Process I am using is mail merge from Word through Outlook 2010, but the data is kept within an Excel file format.
The emails are not queued in the outbox within Outlook, however Word says they are sending.
When trying to send in plain text, Word freezes and then needs to be closed therefore this is not a possible option. For example, with a batch of 30 emails only around 7 of the e-mails will send. There seems to be no pattern to this. I have tried a range of different solutions including a hotfix, setting changes and various other possible solutions, but none of them have resolved the issue.
