I have already tried it but it didn't work too. For the example, I receive the email from user with Times New Roman font, then I reply it and click Normal style and it changed my default font (verdana). it will keep to Verdana font (as my default) if I click Update Normal to Match Selection before I click Normal Style. it's not user friendly if anytime I want to reply, I should click update normal, is there any way how to change it.I have no issue when create new email, it only happened when replied email from the sender with different default font. |
