I have an issue to set Normal Style in Outlook 2013. I have changed the default font to Verdana in Stationery (new, replying and composing messages set to Verdana). The issue is happened when I reply message and click Normal style and then the font is changed to default font Sender (Times New Roman). is there a way how to change the Normal Style default font for replying because for new email, I have no issue.
I change default Headings and Body to Verdana Font It's default to Verdana then I click reply and choose Normal Style I click Modify and see that it has changed the font to Times New Roman, Please help how to set it keep in our formatting default. |

I have already tried it but it didn't work too. For the example, I receive the email from user with Times New Roman font, then I reply it and click Normal style and it changed my default font (verdana). it will keep to Verdana font (as my default) if I click Update Normal to Match Selection before I click Normal Style. it's not user friendly if anytime I want to reply, I should click update normal, is there any way how to change it.I have no issue when create new email, it only happened when replied email from the sender with different default font.

Hi Clark.
it doesn't work too. I have tried it before. It only happen if I reply the email from sender with different default font then click Normal Style template. If I dont click the template, it isn't an issue. |
