Hi! For like a month now ive had a problem i cant log into my other email. It says that somebody else might be using it, but not. Im the only one using it and now i cant log in. Ive done that thing like 10 times that they make so that i can only use account and for like months waiting those lazy asses have done nothing. On my other email i have an important game account and i really want to change that account email to new one, but cant, because this stupid thing always comes and wont let me do anything

I typed password correctly, but when i log in it says that somebody might be using my account, but i am the ONLY one using it and now i cant get rid of that stupid message. Also i open outlook, but there is no tools menu and that kinda stuff.
