Actually, "leave the copy of message on server" only works when you are working with a POP3 connection.

But, apart from it check the basic server settings of Microsoft Outlook such as SSL, Port numbers etc.

In last, reconfigure the Outlook account.

I'm using pop3, but it doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
