Default how to format style to resemble forum quotes?

as per subject - how exactly can i emulate the forum quote box in Outlook to quote people's reply? something like below:

on a separate but related note, i'd also like to check if there's any way to make my desired formatting style stick when i reply to their emails. for example, i will reply in-line to their questions one by one with a preformatted style, but every time i jump to a new question, outlook automatically takes after the formatting of the Question text itself (i.e. default style). how do i make it stick when i'm replying in-line then?

Thank you!

Hi,

Your options when replying are limited to those found in File...Options...Mail...scroll down until the section labeled "Replies and Forwards".

I'm not aware of a way to prevent Outlook from using the current font style when answering questions in-line as you describe. If you find out though, I'd love to know since I'm in the habit of answering the questions first, then going back and adding their quoted questions!

yes.. anything as simple as changing the reply font color to red would be better than nothing!
