Hi,

I don't think this has anything to do with Outlook; it's just that your Outlook data file is so big it's crossing over that bad sector.

To fix this, go to Start...type in "cmd". In that window, type in "chkdsk C: /R /F". Once it starts running, the check disk program will discover that the C drive is in use, and it will offer to run the chkdsk program the next time a shutdown occurs. Shut down the computer and restart it, allowing the program to run. After it finishes all should be well. Allow a long lead time, as the chkdsk program may take a while to run, depending on the size of your C: drive.
