Hi,
I have one user who is using Office 2007. Everything has worked fine up until now when they tried to delete an email from their inbox. When they try and do this they get the following error - "The drive that contains your data file is out of disk space. Empty the deleted items folder or create space on the drive by removing some of your files............" This is the first time this has happened. We have not added or changed anything on the exchange server or on the users machine. I have done a quick google and found some articles relating to PST files. I am sure however this issue is related to outlook 2007 limiting the size of OST files to 2GB. Can anyone offer any advice or guidance? |
