Data files are not where Outlook says they are; archive is missing
My archive files are no longer accessible in Outlook 2010. According to Outlook they should be in C:\Users\[name]\Documents\OutlookFiles\archilve.pst. Unfortunately, that folder doesn't exist according to Windows 7. There is however, a folder named C:\users\[name]\My Documents\OutlookFiles that has an archive.pst and a mailbox.pst file with a current date.
Why does Outlook think the files are in "Documents" when they are in "My Documents"? Why does Outlook recognize mailbox.pst and not archive.pst? How do I fix this? Thanks!
