My mistake - have you tried this:
Windows XP Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanautocompletecache Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 Start-> Type; outlook.exe /cleanautocompletecache This will clean your auto complete cache. If that doesn't work, try disabling add-ins until it does. If that doesn't work try creating a new profile. - Mike
