1. Have you tried deleting and recreating the profile? (in some cases this may work)
2. How long has this been occurring? just recently? 3. How do you have your email configured? POP, Exchange, IMAP? Please keep me updated, and I will do our best to further assist you. ![]() happily using The Message Center Hosted Exchange, Hosted CRM Hosted SharePoint, Hosted Zimbra |

I was encourage by the IT group at work to not worry that there was malicious activity behind Outlook's unusual behavior, and to just provide the password as prompted. After supplying the password, Outlook returned to normal for that and subsequent sessions.
