My Outlook requires me to provide a password to log on to the inbox server, and also to provide a password the first time in a session when I log on to the "send" server. Sometimes I'm prompted to provide the "send" password even though the the outbox empty and I haven't had any messages that asked me for an acknowledgement.
1. How can I determine what outgoing message is prompting me to provide the password for the "send" server?
2. How can I stop the prompts from incessantly repeating?
