I was trying to export all emails to a new computer.
Setup: the original computer had Windows XP and Outlook 2010. The email address uses Microsoft Exchange online in cached exchange mode. There were two PST files in the data files. What I did: On the old system, I archived the email inbox and all folders up to the current date to a PST file. All of the emails were deleted off the old system because of the archive. When I tried to add the PST file to the new computer it only had deleted emails and the folders minus all the emails. It appears that all of the saved emails are missing. I tried repair the PST using both Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST repair and Outlook Tools 2.3 but it saw no corruption. Where did the emails go and can I get them back? ![]() Any ideas? |
