Outlook lost emails

Hi guys,

I hope you can help. My outlook crashed and I have subsequently lost emails for the last two days? is there an easy way to get these back as I do not have a back up????!!!

Hi William,

What is error message be shown ? When you are try to access your email form Outlook.
