I have organised my contacts by creating folders for Relatives for instance under My Contacts, but when I want to send an email all I can see is the contacts in the contacts folder.
How can you get Outlook to access these other folders |

In the Folder List view right click on the contact list to see a context menu with Properties.
In the Properties go to "Outlook Address Book" tab. Check "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". ****************** Consider rating the thread by going to the "Rate Thread" dropdown. |
