I have 23 items in my inbox. When I do a search on my name it finds all but two of those items. The only thing different about the two items it does not find is that there are multiple attachments on both emails which bring the total size in each case to 25MB+. Another user who I am working with is having the same issue (select emails with attachments that exceed 25MB+ not showing in the search). Outlook tells me that my indexing is complete and seems to be working fine otherwise. We are also in cached mode.
I have forwarded the same two emails to other colleagues and the emails appear for some but not for others when they search. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing these two emails to not appear in a search? Thanks |
