Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I send approximately 1,000 appointments a year in my job, most of which I do not need to attend. We have recently migrated from Groupwise to Outlook and every appointment I now send appears in my calendar as well which is getting very confusing. I need to see the responses so that I know when people have accepted or declined appointments. Several searches have identified that others have the same problem but they don't seem to have found a solution other than setting up a dummy account to send appointments from. Can anybody offer any guidance? Many thanks Ann |
