Export/import view settings of MS Outlook

Hi

We need to migrate about 500 users from MS Outlook 2000 to MS Outlook 2010 (Version 14.0) 32-bit.
Export/import of mails and personal folders is not a problem, but we should customize a view for every user manually and that's a lot of work.
Howto export/import view settings of MS Outlook 2010?
