Unhappy Exclude phrase from email

Hi Everyone,

We have a phrase in our outlook signature which I'm trying to exclude from Spell Check. We are on Windows 7, Office 2010

The phrase is

ONE ONE ONE

I have tried the following:

custom dictionaries - only looks at one word (one)
proofing/language - only skips the current email/phrase selected rather than global
do not flag repeated words - works great - except doesn't help for genuine genuine genuine repeated repeated repeated words words .

Any thoughts or assistance?

TIA

Hi Kiwi,

If you are unable to spell check text that has been typed within an email signature in Outlook 2010, follow these steps to enable the spell checker function.
  1. Within the email, select “Review” on the menu bar.
  2. Highlight the signature and text.
  3. On the ribbon bar underneath the Language tab, click the Language arrow then select “Set Proofing Language”.
  4. Ensure that the ‘Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar’ box is not ticked – this can be found at the bottom of the Language box.
Spell check should now be enabled.

You might have a different problem. Normally signatures are not spellchecked. http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ema...s-not-working/

"Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 use styles for the signature and the signature style is marked Do not spell check."
