If you are unable to spell check text that has been typed within an email signature in Outlook 2010, follow these steps to enable the spell checker function.
- Within the email, select “Review” on the menu bar.
- Highlight the signature and text.
- On the ribbon bar underneath the Language tab, click the Language arrow then select “Set Proofing Language”.
- Ensure that the ‘Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar’ box is not ticked – this can be found at the bottom of the Language box.
Spell check should now be enabled.
