I have an access database that sends an email to an outlook mailbox in response to an escalation field clicked on an access form. I have subfolders in the outlook mailbox to divide the excalations into groups. I would like to send the email directly to a sub folder based on what option the user chooses in the access form so that I don't have to sort them from the main mailbox and manually move to the subfolder. Is there a way to include the subfolder in the email address so it goes directly to a subfolder?
