I am using an older than 2007 version of outlook at my work.
I have emails that I send to certain people that I want to be able to type in their email address quickly. My problem is that when I am sending a new email to John Miller I type "John " and then it is autofilled in as John Baker. Most likely because the last name is first in the address book. I rarely send emails to John Baker how can I make outlook use John Miller as the first priority when autofilling. I have allready tried changing the nickname and it does not work either. Thanks |

Hi Excelledsoftware,
Try typing the last name first. Type Miller and check if you get the name John Miller as the option. If it does then your problem is solved if it doesn't then just let me know. |
