Default address book priority

I am using an older than 2007 version of outlook at my work.
I have emails that I send to certain people that I want to be able to type in their email address quickly.

My problem is that when I am sending a new email to John Miller I type
"John " and then it is autofilled in as John Baker. Most likely because the last name is first in the address book. I rarely send emails to John Baker how can I make outlook use John Miller as the first priority when autofilling. I have allready tried changing the nickname and it does not work either.

Thanks
