Hello,
I just reinstalled Office 2007 and the way the Junk folder works is now different. How I used to delete all messages from this folder is I would right click on it and select "y" and "y". (I think the first was the underlined letter in empty and the second was yes.) I now don't have this option. Since I am using the same .pst file I had backed up, shouldn't the behavior stay the same? Is there anything I can do to get the way this used to work back? Using Vista SP2 HB. Thanks for your help. |
