Rules in regards to the junk email folder
Do rules work on all incoming mail, or just things destined for your inbox? For instance, we have GFI software to clean up our incoming spam which I think automatically places email in the junk email folder on the server side. It's falsely placing things in the junk folder, and we'd like to use rules to remedy this and at the same time avoid messing with the GFI software. I've been trying to test this myself but receive little to no spam. Plus, I'd like someone to spell it out for me, if possible. Thanks in advance!
