New OneNote 2016 Windows 10 missing lots of stuff

The OneNOte installed with windows 10 is missing tons of stuff i used on the old version, there hardly any menu available and barely any tools ect. Not sure what i am missing ????

INterface should look like this taken from 2016 traing video, not sure why i have such a limited version on my Windows 10 ???
