Transfer my office OneNote sections to my home's
In my office I use office 2010, there are a lot of tips for work. I have a lot of stuffs in Documents\OneNote Notebooks\Personal\. Can I transfer them to my home laptop easily?

Copy the notebooks to a flash drive from the directory you are pointing to. Copy the complete folders not just the files in them. On your home laptop copy them back to the OneNote folder and you should be good to go. Open them from OneNote.
