How is this done?

In watching the Microsoft commercial for Surface 3 https://youtu.be/-Hj0-2zMHY8 at 0:37 a student is plotting / graphing the 3 functions on the left.



How is she doing this. I think she is using OneNote.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well at first sight it doesn't look like OneNote but then again I don't own a Surface 3. It looks like an additional app that has been installed.
