Would anyone tell me please how I can find the license no. to reinstall Office?


I have been defragmenting and deleting programmes and documents...and after restarting the computer, I found that Word and Excel, the whole starter pack is not there! Would someone tell me what to do please? (Please yesterday!!)

Hi Therese,

If you only have the starter pack installed, that implies the applications came pre-installed on the PC. In that case, it should also have come with a recovery disk and/or recover partition. Check the manuals for details. But then that wouldn't be a Win 2K/Office 03 setup, since the Office Starter Pack didn't exist back then.

Other than that, you might try going to the Windows Control Panel, choosing Add/Remove Programs and trying a repair of your Office installation.
