A few questions:
[1] We currently have Office 2003 and Office 2007 running on various Win7 PCs. They were installed with a MS Volume Licensing Key. We now have Office 2010 and will be upgrading everyone (using the new Multiple Activation Key for 2010). Should we do the "uninstall-install" method, or should we do an "in-place" method? Does the method matter if the existing version is 2003 or 2007? [2] How is Outlook affected during an install? If we do the uninstall-install method, will the new version of Outlook find the pst files, etc.? Thank you. markg18104 |

Hi Mark
I cannot answer all of your questions, however, what I would say is to make sure you have a backup of all templates and macros you may have written in the older versions of Office or you may lose them. You can then re-load them following your upgrade. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |
