Are your copy of Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 and Windows 11 operating system updated to the latest versions? Sometimes updates may include fixes and optimizations that improve program performance.
Check to see if you have any additional plugins or extensions installed for your Office programs that may be slowing down their loading. Try disabling them temporarily and see if the opening process speeds up.
