Hello-
I'm using Office 2010 and have a PPT file that is bringing in about 50 charts via OLE (linking) from an excel file. In 2003, the update took a couple seconds. In 2010, it's taking over 5 minutes and some aren't updating: getting the error unavailable. While it's updating, excel keeps flashing and in the lower left, it says "Validating". What is this? I've tried re-linking all the charts and it still does this. Any idea how to fix this? All the links are correct. Thanks! setup: office 2010, windows 7, everything up to date. |
