cant use shortcut keys (ctrl+c/v/z...)

Hi

I have os windows 7 and use office 2007.

Just in word application
I cant use the shortcut keys: ctrl+c and ctrl+v (ctrl + z ... )
(In Excell I have no problem)

I tried to reinstall... but it didnt work
Please help me...
