Slow Loading Office outlook/word/excel on iMac

I have Office installed on my iMac and the office components (Outlook/Word Excel) take over 4 minutes to load at start up - how can I fix this?

This forum is for Microsoft Office not iMac Office. Maybe you will get a better response if you ask the question on an iMac forum? I mention this in case you are disappointed in the lack of replies you get.
