These are end-user tools. I'm not aware of any warnings from MS about its use. See: Repair a Windows Image | Microsoft Docs

Well, as I've already said, DSIM & SFC are for checking your system, so no matter how many times you repair/reinstall Office, that's not going to remedy any underlying system problem - only something that addresses a system problem will do that.
