I have a full version of Office 2010 Professional Plus, and I'm putting it on a new PC, but the installation file must be corrupt. It chugs and looks like it's doing something, but then nothing comes up. I have my product key, but I'm told if I download the Trial version of this, it will be good for 60 days, but then it sounds like I cannot enter my Product ID to switch it to the full version after that. Does anyone know if this is correct? And if so, how do I get "the other" version of this that will accept my product ID to be fully activated? |

Try downloading a backup copy of Office from: https://products.office.com/en-us/do...e-b381c50f57e2
