Late last year I purchased a copy of MS Office 2010 Professional
Unfortunately my laptop had a problem which resulted in a system restore.
I now do not have MS Office and my Serial Key is invalid as it is previously registered.
Is there a way to have my serial key reset?
Or will a new one be sent?
Additionally is there a download link for the install file for MS office 2010 professional?

Hi Will,

A System Restore won't invalidate your Office product key. Are you sure you're using that, and not the Windows Product key (usually on a sticker on the laptop)?

This might be worth a shot

If a System Restore has deleted Office, which means it's reverted to a pre-Office state, there'll be no product key for tools like Key Finder to recover ...
