![]() Specifically. I would like to use Office to complete and print a form as well as reference and update data in an existing spreadsheet list. I would also like to be able to include a photo in the printed form. I'm relatively proficient in Excel but I don't know much about using forms or templates. Is there some tutorial for using forms for my specific purpose? Thanks in advance for your advise. eJames |

Yes this is doable. You need to look into InfoPath (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath/default.aspx) It will allow you to create forms and also keep track of data entered through the forms. Here's a demo: InfoPath Demo
You might be able to do it in excel, but it would require programming and would most likely cost more to do than to buy InfoPath. |
