Unable Office updates.


Running the update tool from control pannel, or from menu start i arrive always at the same screen (Immagine3.jpg attached)


And clicking on
Updates for other microsoft products i'm redirected http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70156
and appear the Immagine2.jpg attached


And my office has no options to enable update Immgine4.jpg

The registry path suggested in the article you post doesn't exist.... Immagine5

And the cause of all is because when i've started the first time office I've choosed to never update or download update...

So this is my question...how i can restart that wizard...because also uninstalling office and reinstalling it i have the same problem...
